How is the hypnosis course structured?
We offer a high-quality, skill based training with an emphasis on the individual student’s ability to use self-hypnosis for his/her own personal or professional use.
Each new skill is presented in different ways:
- brief lecture on the theory
- practical session where delegates actually apply the skills to themselves
- short feedback session
Course participants receive a high quality course handbook with additional material for home-study.
We also offer a two day advanced course for those wanting to take things further.
